Frankfort Girls Softball has been one of the largest growing softball organizations in the Southland for over 25 years. The FGS Board has realized the need to allow girls to participate outside the everyday in-house play, and play in more competitive atmospheres. Because of this need, FGS is now–through a try out process–allowing all 10U, 12U, and 14U girls the chance to play other towns in an organized Sunday League and tournaments with the FGS Fusion All-Stars.
Our mission is to go beyond the instruction of in house and give our girls a softball outlet that will allow them to go to the next level. The FGS Fusion All-Stars combined with Frankfort Girls Softball to allow players the chance to hone their skills and do so both in house and through Sunday League rather than through a travel-only team. The FGS Fusion will participate in Sunday League, as well as in tournaments throughout the year and in All Star Tournaments in July.
Finally, we want parents to understand that the girls will be taught fair play, sportsmanship, and to take pride in themselves and in the community as they represent Frankfort Girls Softball.
