Our organization can only be a success with your help!
At registration $100 dollars per family will be collected for the Frankfort Girls Softball In-House volunteer redemption program. Frankfort Fusion In-House and Travel softball volunteering does not qualify for this program. This program is designed to involve parents in their child's in-house softball experience. To receive your reimbursement, you must complete your Volunteer Redemption Card and have it signed by your head coach, activity coordinator, or Tracey Signore, volunteer coordinator.
The volunteer must present the card at one of the redemption dates in order to receive reimbursement. Special arrangements CANNOT be made after the last redemption date. Contact Michelle Szafoni, FGS Treasurer, before the redemption date for the special arrangement options. If you do not fulfill your volunteer duty or do not attend a redemption date; your $100 will be forfeited. Due to legal obligations the volunteer or spouse must be present and provide signature to obtain reimbursement.
