FGS Board

MISSION STATEMENT

The Objective of the FGS Board and League is to promote the feeling of pride and identity in our young women;
to provide a vehicle for young women to participate in organized sports and to bring families closer together by involving parents and children in a mutually absorbing activity. In addition, we hope to teach the basic principles of fair play and sportsmanship and to give young women the opportunity to express and improve their abilities

Respectively, the primary purpose of the league is to provide our young women an opportunity to play the game of fast pitch softball.

This is accomplished with the instruction from dedicated parents and others serving as coaches, in teams which play within our community. Other goals include assisting the participants in building self discipline, and respect for teammates and opponents.
